Our elderberry tea, is a lovely sweet tea made from the berries of the elder plants grown at our Yarra Ranges Herb Farm. The purplish/black berry has many health benefits for the common cold and flu and a runny nose. A hot cup of elderberry tea, 3 times a day as needed

It is a popular tea for adults and children and can be easily made into a syrup.

Do not drink if pregnant.

For the perfect brew, place 1 teaspoonful of elder berries in a cup of hot water and infuse for 2-5 minutes.
